Mindy Utay is an experienced psychotherapist who helps her patients resolve challenging conflicts in their relationships, their careers or within themselves. She draws on multiple fields of expertise in her unique practice. Before becoming a licensed psychotherapist and psychoanalyst, she worked as a lawyer at the firm Weil, Gotshal and Manges. She brings considerable skill in conflict resolution to the realm of psychotherapy and interpersonal relationships.
Mindy’s practice in individual and couples therapy includes career change coaching and counseling especially for lawyers and executives and marital and premarital counseling. She understands the challenges her patients face as New Yorkers trying to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Mindy combines diverse training, firsthand experiences and a supportive therapeutic approach to help her patients gain the insight necessary to find workable solutions to life’s problems.
